How the customer  keep track of the progress:
- At the onset of SEO, you will be notified of the      status of your keywords.  Any      progress on the ranking positions of these keywords on Google will be      reported at the end of each month.
- Details on monthly traffic will be reported.
- We will send directory/site submission confirmation      emails from the sites we’ve submitted directly to a shared email      account.  Sharing the email account      is for the purpose that our staff will be able to verify the submissions,      as some directories and sites require email verification by clicking on a      link that they provide on the email they send.
- We will send the list of all sites we’ve      submitted to on a regular basis.
